PATHFABRIC PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are
Pathfabric is operated by IT7 Networks Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit Pathfabric, create an account, use a service, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
Account information: email address, password hash, account status, security settings, policy acceptances, and optional name, company, country, and billing address.
Service information: selected plans and locations, assigned addresses, tunnel type, endpoint information, public keys, configuration actions, service state, and support history.
Billing information: voucher codes and value, account balance, commitments, usage charges, ledger entries, adjustments, and statement information.
Usage and network information: inbound and outbound transfer counters, bandwidth measurements, service events, assigned IP activity needed to operate and protect the service, and information supplied in support tickets.
Technical and security information: visitor IP address, browser and user-agent information, essential cookies, session and trusted-browser records, login attempts, authentication events, audit records, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.
Communications: ticket messages, transactional-email delivery metadata, and information you submit through forms or support requests.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; verify email addresses; authenticate users; provision, meter, bill, suspend, resume, change, and delete services; provide support; generate statements and usage charts; communicate account and security events; prevent fraud and abuse; protect customers, providers, addresses, systems, and network reputation; enforce agreements; resolve disputes; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use Pathfabric account information for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies and Cloudflare
Pathfabric uses essential cookies for sessions, authentication, security, and trusted-browser functions. These cookies are required for the portal to operate and are not advertising cookies.
We use Cloudflare for DNS, traffic delivery, security filtering, and Turnstile human verification. Cloudflare may process visitor IP address, browser information, and challenge signals under its own privacy terms.
5. When information is shared
We may provide information to infrastructure, connectivity, email-delivery, security, and other service providers where needed to operate Pathfabric. Providers receive only information reasonably required for their function and may process it in other jurisdictions.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, or valid legal process; to investigate abuse, fraud, attacks, or security incidents; to protect rights, safety, systems, providers, customers, or third parties; to establish or defend legal claims; or as part of a corporate restructuring, financing, sale, or transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Traffic routed through customer services necessarily interacts with third-party networks and destinations. Those parties independently receive network information inherent in Internet communications.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and access controls intended to protect personal information.
No Internet service or storage method is completely secure.
7. Your choices, rights, and retention
You may request access to or correction of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. You may have additional rights under the law where you live.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Some records may be retained for security, accounting, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance.
Submit privacy requests to the Privacy Officer using the contact information below so that identity and scope can be verified.
8. International processing
Pathfabric, its providers, and networks may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
9. Age requirement
Pathfabric is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit accounts for minors.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you and obtain consent before significant changes to our privacy practices where required by applicable law.
