Use case / China

Fast from China.
Server anywhere.

Your server is fine. The route into China is not. Pathfabric puts one dedicated premium Los Angeles IPv4 /32 on the machine you already run, and traffic to your Chinese users rides premium carrier routes instead of the congested default path.

No migration.
No new server.

Your machine stays exactly where it is.

01 / The problem

The problem is the path, not your server

Ordinary international transit into China is oversubscribed. At peak hours it drops packets and latency balloons, so a server that feels instant from Berlin or Dallas feels broken from Shanghai. Moving the server to Asia is expensive and drags your data with it. A CDN only helps cacheable HTTP. Most operators just live with it.

Without Pathfabric

Good server.
Bad international path.

Your provider chooses the ordinary route. China users get the loss, retries, and peak-hour slowdown.

With Pathfabric

Same server.
Premium China route.

Your service uses its dedicated Pathfabric /32 and the Los Angeles hub’s premium carrier routes.

02 / The routes

Three premium routes, one hub

The Los Angeles hub connects to all three major Chinese carriers over their premium international networks, plus local peering and direct links to major platforms.

01 / China Telecom

CN2
GIA

China Telecom’s premium Global Internet Access network, the well-known gold standard for CT-connected users.

02 / China Mobile

CMIN2

China Mobile International’s premium backbone, covering the carrier with the largest mobile user base.

03 / China Unicom

CU
Premium

China Unicom’s premium international routes for CU-connected users and offices.

Real-world performance inside China varies by region, carrier, and time of day. A premium path improves the odds dramatically; it does not repeal physics. Details on the network page.

03 / What changes

The server stays. The route changes.

Keep the VM, provider, operating system, application, and original management IP. Add one tunnel and publish the dedicated Pathfabric address.

Stop apologizing to your China users.
